The Company
The Sasquatch legend has been told across the Pacific Northwest for generations, long before any of us started selecting whiskey. We picked the name because it fit what we do — look for something rarely seen — not because we have any special claim to the story itself.
Sasquatch Spirits is a non-distilling producer based in Seattle, WA. We don't operate a still. Instead, we hand-select single barrels of whiskey from working distilleries, then bottle and release them under our own name.
How We Work
We don't distill anything. Each release is a single barrel we chose ourselves after tasting it against the rest.
Based in Seattle, WA, and named after a regional legend we're happy to borrow, not claim to own.
We release what we find, in the quantities we find it — nothing manufactured just to hit a schedule.
